Let me clarify exactly what I mean by expenses. Many businesses use this as a ploy to increase prices by the back door. All I am asking is the price of petrol there and back, plus the cost of accommodation and an evening meal if I have to travel long distances from my home in Kelso. This can very easily be calculated prior to the journey so that you know exactly the cost involved.
